Lord of the Mysteries: Master of the Xuanmen

Chen Xuan, a relic restorer, receives a bronze compass stained with blood.

As he wipes it clean, three lines of bloody text appear: “Do not touch the cinnabar.” “Do not trust the sandalwood incense.” “At midnight, the mirror will break.”

He scoffs, but that night, he smells the eerie sandalwood incense.

The midnight bell rings, and the mirror shatters in response.

A hand with fangs reaches through the crack, and it looks exactly like his own.

The hand grabs his wrist.
