Three Hundred Tang Poems (Chinese Classics Collection)

This book was compiled and selected by retired scholars from Hengtang in the Qing Dynasty. It is an anthology of Tang poetry that has great influence and is widely circulated. The selected poems in this book are arranged according to poetry styles, including five-character ancient poems, seven-character ancient poems, five-character rhymed poems, seven-character rhymed poems, five-character quatrains, seven-character quatrains, Yuefu poems, etc. The selected works are representative and include classic poems by important poets of the Tang Dynasty such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Bai Juyi, Wang Wei, Wang Changling and others. These poems are either impassioned, sad or melancholy, and they range widely in scope and are very popular. In addition to elaborating on the theme of the poem, the article also includes annotations to facilitate the understanding and reading of the majority of readers, and at the same time provides a reference for future readers to study ancient poetry culture.
