⚠ The great black python goes berserk, and the world of Journey to the West falls into chaos!
⚠ Buddhist and Daoist schemes × the rise of the demon race × primordial secrets × brotherhood and passion × deadly calamities brought by beautiful women
⚠ Not your typical power fantasy. The protagonist is ruthless and decisive, and has no patience for hypocritical immortals and Buddhas!
Modern-day homebody Zhou Misheng makes a wish on a shooting star: “In my next life, I never want to be a workhorse again!”
But when he opens his eyes, he finds himself in the world of Journey to the West, as a nobody of a water snake, chosen by Buddhism as a tool for tribulations and destined to be beaten to death by the Monkey King!
“Merit from escorting the scriptures? To hell with that! I'm not playing along with this script!”
“Great Sage Sun? Lend me your golden cudgel. I'll turn the seas upside down!”
“Tathagata? You think you can suppress me? Then I'll devour your Buddha bones and slaughter the entire Buddhist order!”
“A snake swallowing an elephant? No, I'm going to swallow heaven and earth!”
With a trace of the bloodline of a primordial exotic beast, Zhou Misheng obtains the Dragon Palace's secret treasures, seizes Buddhism's fortune, and refines the lingering souls of ancient shamans and demons!
From Five Elements Mountain to the Water Curtain Cave, from Blackwater River to the Heavenly Court's Peach Banquet, from the Netherworld Blood Sea to the Primordial Purple Cloud Palace, the gods and Buddhas across the heavens are stunned to discover:
The snake that was supposed to crawl on its belly is stealing the authority of the Heavenly Dao!
But Zhou Misheng just scoffs. “Buddhism? The Heavenly Court?
Open your eyes and take a good look. When the Demon Emperor awakens, the tribulation will rage and heaven and earth will shatter!”
Good looking, cheers 👍
