The protagonist can transmigrate to the Marvel Universe and has a System that lets him summon anime characters. Each time he summons a character, he gains two random abilities belonging to that character. All the summoned characters are powerful, loyal female characters from anime. He builds his own home and occasionally takes commissions from the Myriad Worlds.
Early on, the protagonist appears when Captain America is being bullied. Once he realizes where he is, the System gives him an identity so he can build a good relationship with Cap. Each time he meets a protagonist, the System grants him one random summon. His first summon is Pochita, giving him immortality and the ability to transform. Just as Captain America: The First Avenger ends, he summons Kanna and gains the power of a dragon, then sets out to complete commissions from the Myriad Worlds.
He travels to the Akame ga Kill! world, overthrows the emperor, and gives the people there a happy ending. After returning to Marvel, he heads to the Myriad Worlds after each new arc, including DC, The Boys, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.
