I Died in the Fifth Year of Her Revenge

The fifth year of my marriage to Jiang Yin, I killed myself.

I couldn't take her torment anymore, so I chose to leap from the building.

Like a moth that had lost its wings, I plummeted to the ground.

When Jiang Yin heard the news of my death, she hugged her beloved's memorial portrait and laughed until her eyes turned red.

“Zhao, I've finally avenged you.”

But later, when the woman learned the whole truth, she knelt before my grave and kowtowed as she begged for forgiveness.
