Reincarnated as Inori Yuzuriha, I Transmigrate Across the Myriad Worlds

(Single heroine, light yuri) “What? You’re called Yakumo Yukari?” The tiny Yakumo Yukari before her spoke in a childish voice: “Yep, my name is Yakumo Yukari.” At the final moment, as Shu Ouma absorbed the Apocalypse Virus from the entire world, Inori Yuzuriha gave her life to him. In the void, she encountered the soul of Ye Qi, a young man from Earth who had died of a terminal illness. Thus began a journey to transmigrate across the Myriad Worlds. (Chapters 5–68 are set in Chainsaw Man and are complete. You can skip them if you don't want to read that arc; it won't affect your reading.)
