[Parenting variety show + entertainment industry + livestream + both leads are inexperienced in love]
[On camera, a single glance from her five-year-old daughter shatters the forbidden secret she has kept hidden for five years]
Washed-up actress Xu Lingwei’s comeback immediately goes off the rails.
During a mother-and-child livestream, her five-year-old daughter Yuanyuan adjusts a microphone stand with the signature gesture of top-tier star Shen Weiran. The comments explode, sending viewership soaring to a billion.
An AI comparison finds a 92% resemblance between father and daughter. As #ShenWeiran'sSecretChild# shoots to the top of the trending charts, Yuanyuan reenacts the actor’s iconic line on camera: “Everyone, the show is about to begin.”
She runs, he chases, and the whole internet watches every detail.
Shen Weiran makes a surprise appearance on the show as an observer and corners mother and daughter in the dressing room late at night. “Who exactly is the child’s father?”
Xu Lingwei sneers. “At least it isn’t someone like Teacher Shen, who even has to compete with his sworn enemy over a brand of mint candy.”
Before she can finish, Yuanyuan pulls a limited-edition mint candy endorsed by Shen Weiran from her pocket.
