While staying up late to rewatch the latest episodes of Fox Spirit Matchmaker, modern college student Jiang Yunhao suddenly saw his computer crash to a blue screen and display the message, “Matchmaking System binding in progress.” A moment later, he was struck by lightning and transmigrated to the borders of Tushan five hundred years in the past.
After arriving in this strange world, Jiang Yunhao was attacked by a minor demon and rescued by Tushan Honghong, who happened to be passing by. Honghong grew curious about this human who had no demonic power yet knew so much about Tushan.
- The System issued its first quest: settle in Tushan and earn the trust of the main characters. The reward was the basic spell “Disguise.”
Using his memory of the original story, Jiang Yunhao “predicted” an impending border conflict in front of Honghong. This caught her attention, and he was allowed to stay in Tushan for the time being.
