The Scepter of Power

The young master of the Jiu family had suffered from a strange illness since childhood. A renowned healer divined that the boy was possessed by a cat spirit and had undergone multiple reincarnations, including that of the Crown Prince of the Heavens Beyond. Only finding his fated person, who lived 365 li away, could prolong his life. Otherwise, even with nine lives, he would not live past the age of seven.

The Xue family, 365 li away, had a girl who seemed to be cursed and would not survive seven days.

Five-year-old Jiu Si came to the Xue family with his parents just as a baby girl was born there. At that moment, disaster struck Xue Family Ravine, and the earth split apart. Jiu Si and his family immediately rushed to help, but they managed to save only the newborn girl. Everyone else was buried in the ravine. Jiu Si's family raised the little girl, and from then on, Jiu Si's strange illness was cured.

After growing up and learning the truth about her birth, the girl from the Xue family changed her name to Xue Qi. She vowed to stop Jiu Si from gathering the nine Scepters of Power and to avenge the more than three thousand people of the Xue family.
