In the southwest mountainous area in the 1980s, a hydropower station built in 1958 was called a "ghost power station" by locals because of its remote location and frequent occurrence of strange things. The power station uses old equipment aided by the Soviet Union, and the duty system is four shifts and three operations, with two people per shift.
