Li Qing, a mechanically ascended human from an FTL civilization in the Union of Human Societies, opened his eyes one day to find himself falling from the sky, his entire body stiff as a board, literally!

What's the first thing to do after transmigrating to another world? Get to know the place, of course!

First, he gets acquainted with Lilith, who has thrown herself into his arms. Then he takes her along on a trip to the countryside to experience rural life!

But this other world fights dirty! The Western Continent puts on a Game of Thrones PLUS edition at the drop of a hat: dwarves wield hammers to carve up fiefs, elves shoot arrows while preaching environmentalism, orcs howl about "survival of the fittest," and the human empire is even more outrageous. Its heroes carry talking holy swords, constantly proclaim "Glory to the Empire," then turn around and team up with mages and sharpshooters with telescopic vision to wipe out the Red Bandits.

Li Qing slapped his thigh. "Fine, you can play at medieval magic. I'll launch a Five-Year Plan! Build machine tools, smelt steel, make airships, and establish an otherworldly Soviet Union!"

While the neighboring empire's coalition forces are still charging on horseback, the assembly lines here are already churning out Maxim guns. "Sir, times have really changed!"

When oppression and privilege meet freedom and equality, when noble magic meets the liberation of the people, that's when exploiters become truly terrified.

A new country created by the working masses, a new regime with no nobles or privileged class, stood firm from the moment it was born against the combined siege of every old empire. It used machine tools to crush feudal shackles and Five-Year Plans to build a flood of steel.
