A person suddenly encounters a big disaster, and his heart feels like death. But as the saying goes, if the heart is not dead, the Tao will not be born. Most of the people who practice Taoism are from poverty or great tribulation. A man walked into the mountains and saw two old men playing chess. Unexpectedly, he was led to the path of immortality and practiced for many lifetimes.
This book introduces some basic introduction to Taoism, which can be used for Qi practice.

This book is quite well written. I can see that the author really likes spiritual practice and Journey to the West, and there are no conspiracy theories or humiliating monkeys. However, I didn't understand the plot from Chapter 6 to Chapter 7. Why did the protagonist fall in love at first sight when he saw the dragon girl? This plot made me unable to hold my nerves [face covering]
