Transmigrated as an Ugly Girl: I Went on a Killing Spree on the Road to Safety

Mo Li wakes from a nightmare to find herself in an unknown ancient era, inhabiting the body of a lazy girl who’s fat and dark-skinned. As if that weren’t bad enough, she’s also boy-crazy: she turns down her handsome, sunny fiancé to chase a poor scholar named Sun, who treats her terribly until she dies. She wakes just as war breaks out and flees with her family. What can she do when there’s no food or water on the road? No problem: she has a golden finger, a storage space stocked with everything.

Then she discovers that Lin Dachuan’s children are adorable, and they even call her Mother! Her family scolds her for being foolish and rushing to become a stepmother, but she just grins. Becoming a mother to two lovely children without having to give birth herself sounds pretty great.

Along the way, the village chief’s daughter, Mo Lianhua, is always picking fights with her. After looking into it, Mo Li discovers that she’s also a transmigrator, always trying to steal the spotlight and become the heroine.

Well, it doesn’t matter who gets to be the heroine or the supporting character, as long as they can lead the villagers to a better life. Mo Li is easygoing about it.

Unfortunately, Mo Lianhua isn’t up to the task! She repeatedly causes trouble, and Mo Li has to take people to rescue her.

What a joke: a transmigrator as useless and brainless as her!

Crushed by Mo Li’s abilities, Mo Lianhua finally admits defeat and stops causing trouble. She willingly becomes Mo Li’s subordinate, hoping to enjoy a better life.

Mo Li drives back the enemy troops and leads the villagers in reclaiming wasteland and farming, with yields of over a thousand jin per mu.

As the young woman grows more and more dazzling, a swarm of men buzzes around her, and Lin Dachuan starts to feel threatened.

His young wife can’t fall for someone else. They aren’t even married yet!

He quietly confesses to her that his two children aren’t his own: they’re of royal blood.

The revelation sets off another storm of bloodshed. Watch as Mo Li and Lin Dachuan quell threats from within and without, and help the young crown prince ascend the throne!
