Digimon: Agumon's Trait Upgrade System

Lin Dong is an Agumon who transmigrated into the Digital World, with the “Trait Copy and Upgrade System” as his cheat. By copying and upgrading traits from other Digimon, he grows stronger. In the Agumon village, he draws with the village chief, Agumon Shi Hao, and is invited to become a co-chief. Through training and battle, Lin Dong earns upgrade points, successfully upgrading the “Strong Body” trait to “Exceptional Physique” and gaining a new skill.

When an outsider comes to challenge the village, a Samurai Agumon defeats Shi Hao. Lin Dong steps in and defeats the challenger, copying the Samurai Agumon’s “Basic Swordsmanship” trait. Lin Dong then tries to combine the skills “Explosive Fist” and “Diamond Claw,” successfully creating “Bursting Claw.” He also plans to forge a katana so he can make better use of his swordsmanship.

After learning that the leader of the Black Agumon Village has evolved into a Dark Tyrannomon, Lin Dong decides to strike first and eliminate it. He travels to Coin Island, where he partners up with a Hackmon.

Meanwhile, as Lin Dong spends time with Hackmon, the bond between the two boys continues to grow until they become close companions.

Lin Dong and Hackmon defeat the Dark Tyrannomon and subdue the Black Agumon.

He also discovers data crystals and distributes them to Shi Hao and the other Digimon, helping them evolve. In the end, Lin Dong evolves into an EX MetalGreymon, greatly increasing his strength.

After resolving the crisis in Agumon Village and subduing the Black Agumon, Lin Dong realizes that the Digital World is far vaster and more mysterious than he ever imagined. Eager to seek greater strength and explore the unknown, he and Hackmon decide to leave the village and set off on a journey.
