The Immortal Swordsman: A Thousand Years of Bloodstains

The Immortal Swordsman: A Thousand Years of Bloodstains

Eternal life is the cruelest curse of all.

The Night of Blood and Flame

The Qin estate, home to Chang'an's richest family, falls in a single night. The spoiled young master Qin Mo watches helplessly as the northern Di general Xiao Han slaughters his family. As he lies on the brink of death, his blood glows with an eerie blue light, and his wounds heal before his eyes. From then on, he becomes an undying aberration.

With a bronze blood-drinking sword in hand, Qin Mo embarks on a path of vengeance, hunting down his enemies. From Jiangnan's misty rains to the wild sands of the northern frontier, he leaves countless corpses in his wake, yet never finds true release. Then, deep in the Ministry of Justice's prison, he discovers that Xiao Han, who should have been dead, also has blue blood...

Murals in a thousand-year-old monastery reveal a shocking truth: both men descend from an ancient blue-blooded clan, and must drink human blood every sixty years to stay alive. Behind it all is the mysterious Purity Bureau, an organization that has hunted those who seek immortality for generations. They are the true masterminds behind the destruction of the Qin family.

To break the curse of immortality, former enemies are forced to travel together. When the undying tree appears atop the snowy mountain, the three of them face the most brutal choice:

- Sacrifice a blood relative to gain a mortal's lifespan

- Drink the blood of one's beloved to become truly immortal

- Or remain as they are... and eventually become bloodthirsty demons

- A dark wuxia aesthetic blending an Eastern Interview with the Vampire and Nirvana in Fire

- A subversive relationship between two male leads, evolving from blood feud to shared existence
