Synopsis

[Overpowered protagonist + System + decisive and ruthless + no heroine]

Some call me a merciful savior; others call me the King of Hell who comes to claim their lives.

If you ask me, they're both wrong.

I treat my friends like a gentle spring rain, but to my enemies, I'm the wrath of heaven.

I believe everyone comes into this world for a reason. I figured out mine three years ago: I exist to wipe out you pirates who call yourselves free.

Sorry, I got carried away and forgot to introduce myself. I'm Hoz, a Navy vice admiral candidate. My codename is Thunder Dragon, and the justice I believe in is justice that kills.
