The protagonist Motoko wakes up in a strange hospital and finds herself in Night City in 2075. Not only does she have amnesia and is physically weak, she also has a game-like system. She becomes Motoko Kusanagi, a member of the Tiger Claw Gang. Under the care of her brother Junichiro (Xiaojun), she improves her attributes through exercise while exploring this cyberpunk world and her own past.
