[System-Based + Cultivation + Genre Subversion + Lighthearted Comedy + Slow Burn]
Ren Yu's dream in life was simple: lounge around, have milk tea and his phone, and maybe spend the day with a beautiful woman. Instead, he woke up and found himself tumbling into the Qianyuan Cultivation World, where the strong prey on the weak, along with his own Chinese village dog, “Commander Huang,” who was even more of a teddy bear than a teddy bear!
From the start, all he had was a dog who could understand human speech and a lousy System that charged him “interest” the moment it booted up! Even more absurdly, the proper way to use this System was to… “feel” things!
Feel a special bloodline? Feel a special physique? Find one, and get “origin points”?
And so, the whole story went off the rails:
While others slay demons, Ren Yu chases monsters around demanding to give them a “physical.”
While others fight over rare treasures, Ren Yu stares, starry-eyed, at the scales on some big shot's wrist.
While others cultivate in painstaking solitude, Ren Yu complains that the System is a “crook” and calculates whose “wool” will be the most profitable to fleece.
Tucao style is quite interesting. The background setting is quite large, but I don't know if the author can handle it. The inner drama of this protagonist is quite interesting. I like the bunny-eared girl. I hope there will be more scenes in the future! Is Shen Qingzhu's role missing? Commander Huang is quite likable, there must be some foreshadowing, isn't there a little bit of drama in these chapters? Great cheers for the author.
