Six Months Pregnant, I Suddenly Saw a Spoiler Sky Screen

When I was six months pregnant, a vast sky screen suddenly appeared before my eyes. This sky screen was connected to the future. A man who called himself a history teacher led a group of children and pointed to a jade pendant inside a glass display case as he explained: “In the third year of Yuanfeng under the Qing Kingdom, Zhao Ke, Prince of Zhennan, gave his consort a jade pendant covered in poison. She wore it close to her body day and night, and on the day she gave birth, the poison took effect and killed her. The child she bore was cut open, its heart ripped out, and it was thrown into a mass grave, where wild dogs devoured it alive.” “Her father and brothers sought justice for the consort, so the Prince of Zhennan bore a grudge against them, falsely accused the entire family of treason, and had them all executed!” I shuddered, my heart filled with doubt and alarm. Zhao Ke had always cherished me. How could he possibly persecute me so cruelly? Just then, the doors opened and Zhao Ke came in, speaking tenderly. “Min'er, I went out of my way today to get you this jade pendant for protection. Be sure to wear it close to your body. Don't let my thoughtfulness go to waste.” The pendant's design was exactly the same as the one on the sky screen. I broke out in a cold sweat.
