[Cultivation] + [System] + [Mortal-style progression] + [Spirit beasts]
Through a twist of fate, Jiang He’s soul transmigrated into the body of a twelve-year-old boy, becoming Jiang He.
He learned that this was a world of Cultivation. He was also “lucky” enough to have five spiritual roots, and had already reached the second level of Qi Refining.
Just as he thought he would continue cultivating at the Taoist temple, he discovered that the temple seemed to have ulterior motives.
When he broke through to the third level of Qi Refining, a System came with it: summon spirit beasts.
From then on, he embarked on the path of using his lifespan to summon spirit beasts, and having the spirit beasts earn lifespan for him.
Only when two disciples from the Qianshan Sect arrived did he confirm that this Taoist temple really was this world’s version of northern Myanmar.
In northern Myanmar, they take your kidneys; at the Taoist temple, they take your spiritual roots.
Many years later.
Yinglong, Xuangui, Huashe, Taotie, Zhu Yan, Qiongqi, Phoenixes, Qingluan, and Bifang are all spirit beasts under his command.
Jiang He has attained immortality and become a Dao Ancestor in his own right!
Generally, when I look at the introduction, I think it is a summoning style, but upon closer inspection, it changes the soup but not the medicine. The routine is exactly the same.
