Akria and Ortes were neighbors and allies. There is only a sea separating the two countries. In the early years, the consul of Akrea proposed to Otus that an island in the sea belonging to Akrea should be established as a commercial zone to promote economic exchanges between the two countries. The consul of Otes readily agreed. But later, some people in power in Otus Country began to use the "public territory" of the commercial zone to carry out some "shady" things secretly. As those in power became increasingly unscrupulous, the Kingdom of Akria discovered this. The friendly relations between the two countries broke down. The Otus Kingdom no longer concealed its secrets, and used the troops secretly deployed in Yoges to try to seize the ownership rights of Yoges. The country of Akria sent an advance army to fight back, but was defeated by the rescuers. There were only a few survivors, but their whereabouts are still unknown. It was only in the next few years that an organization called "Heavy Rain" appeared out of thin air in Yorgos and fought against the "Thunder" organization affiliated with the Otters Kingdom. After discussion, the consul of Akria and other people in power decided to temporarily stop dispatching troops to Yogos. When both organizations of Yogos were defeated, they would regain Yogos in one fell swoop...
