I Disguised Myself as a Man to Join the Sect, and Now They’re All Smitten

“The Sun and Moon Demon Sect has spawned a monster. Leave him alive, and he’ll be a threat forever!” Sang Xingyun had heard words like these countless times growing up. She was practically sick of them. For reasons she couldn’t reveal, she disguised herself as a man and joined an old friend’s sect, becoming the third direct disciple of the Sword Elder. Her eldest senior brother was a kind, gentle soul; her second senior brother was a stoic man devoted to forging weapons; and her junior brother was an arrogant, once-in-a-generation genius who opposed her at every turn. Sang Xingyun settled in among them and sometimes thought she wouldn’t mind living like this forever. Then her hidden identity was exposed. Knowing what everyone thought of the Demon Sect’s descendants, she decided to fake her death and sneak away. But before she could even leave her room, everyone, eyes red, surrounded her. “Junior Sister/Fellow Daoist, you’ve suffered so much!” Sang Xingyun stared at them in disbelief. Weren’t they supposed to think she deserved nothing but death? How had they all come around? [A lighthearted coming-of-age story with a touch of sweet romance. Hope you enjoy it! =V=]
