I Can Steal Anything!

[Infinite arcs + mind-bending strategy + wits and cunning + Cthulhu + Call of Cthulhu tabletop roleplaying + subverting expectations + no harem + not cold-blooded + not a saint]

After the gods destroy the world, what is left for humanity to do?

Lu Xun, who spends his days attending a top university and his nights dancing at bars, dodges the wandering hands of a certain square-shaped lady and heads to the rooftop to unwind.

Then, out of nowhere, an enormous eye appears in the sky.

And so…

The world is destroyed.

The gods throw humanity into a game.

No one knows why the gods did it, and there’s no need to know. Humanity has never been entitled to understand the will of the gods.

When choosing his class, Lu Xun picks Thief.

He knows this world is unfair to humanity.

But…

So what?

All Lu Xun wants is to steal a chance to survive.

Heh, just kidding…

I, Lu Xun, don’t just want to steal a chance to survive. I want to steal the gods’ divine fire, too!

(This book contains lots of Call of Cthulhu and occult elements. If you’re interested in getting into either, I highly recommend giving it a read.)

Note: All tabletop roleplaying games mentioned in this book are Call of Cthulhu.
