A metaphysical prodigy who comes along once in a century stumbles into the entertainment industry, all because of a video:
A friend asks, “What do you think of that male idol?”
Shen Liuyi: “He’s cheating on his girlfriend.”
The friend: “And that rising star?”
Shen Liuyi: “He’s having an affair.”
The friend: “What about that top-tier star?”
Shen Liuyi narrows her eyes. “I wouldn’t mind getting a look at his legs.”
By comparing two popular stars unfavorably and making no secret of her ulterior motives toward top-tier star Gu Yichen, Shen Liuyi becomes an overnight sensation. Fame means money, so to keep the cash rolling in, she clings to Gu Yichen and makes the most of his traffic and buzz.
Then Shen Liuyi realizes that telling fortunes for people in showbiz is just as lucrative, so she promptly drops Gu Yichen and starts reading fortunes left and right.
Meanwhile, the top-tier star, known as an untouchable beauty, starts to panic. “Didn’t you want to see my legs? I’ll show you. And besides, it’s not nice to use someone and then dump them.”
Shen Liuyi: “A face reading costs five hundred, a fortune reading one thousand. WeChat Pay or Alipay?”
Gu Yichen: “You can have all my money. Tell me what we should name our son.”
It's good, very interesting, and the story has good coherence.
A wonderful metaphysical novel, highly recommended!!!
