Shadow and Demon God: Wu Liuqi's Journey to Teyvat

The ordinary days of selling beef offal on the streets of Chicken Island came to an abrupt end! A sudden thunderstorm swept Wu Liuqi into a space-time vortex. When he opened his eyes, he found himself in Inazuma City, surrounded by falling cherry blossoms, and his ancestral scissors had somehow latched onto mysterious fragments of shadow. A crimson figure appeared quietly. Yae Miko fanned herself and smiled. “What an interesting outlander!” A sudden attack by the Shadow Assassin Blackbird awakened Wu Liuqi’s long-buried memories of the Xuanwu Kingdom. The instincts of the former top assassin stirred beneath Inazuma’s Sacred Sakura, but with his powers incomplete, he was soon locked in a bitter struggle. With Yae Miko’s help, he broke the seal on his memories. Gathering the shadow fragments might be the only way to find a path home, so Wu Liuqi set out on an adventure across the seven nations.

From solving the mysteries of the Tatarigami on Narukami Island to dancing with the Anemo Archon in Mondstadt and driving back Abyssal monsters; from using his street smarts to uncover a treasure-hoarding plot in Liyue Harbor to fighting the Akademiya’s out-of-control automatons in the rainforests of Sumeru... With each shadow fragment he collects, Wu Liuqi gets closer to the truth. But fighting alongside his companions in Teyvat also leads him to redefine what it means to be an “assassin.” As the icy fog of Snezhnaya shrouds the road ahead, can scissors tempered by elemental power cut through the double crisis threatening both worlds?
