Countdown to Judgment Day

The story takes place in the coastal city of Minggang, a modern city intertwined with rapid economic development and undercurrents of power networks. The prosperity on the surface of the city hides many unsolved cases, and a serial murder case that has lasted for twenty years is quietly restarting. The protagonist Lin Shen is a criminal psychologist with a dual personality. He is a respected university professor during the day and a mysterious "shadow detective" at night. He suffers from severe memory impairment, all related to a massacre he witnessed in his childhood.
