[Half power fantasy] [Half mind-bender] [All-new setting] [Urban fantasy] [Fast-paced]
The surface world and the hidden world overlap, breaking down the boundary between humans and ghosts.
From then on,
when humans commit evil, they become ghosts; when ghosts commit evil, they become human.
Yin and Yang are reversed, and the crimes never stop.
Humans have human laws, and ghosts have ghost laws.
Arresting and judging criminals requires sufficient evidence.
The same goes for ghosts.
“My name is Luo Yansheng. I’m a guardian, and I’m also a murderer.”
(P.S. Some things have been changed for special reasons. You’ll understand what a guardian is once you read the story.)
(This is pure fiction and has no connection to any real-life cases.)
Volume One: Chenghe Plaza (This volume moves quickly. It mainly follows ghost hunters arresting ghost controllers and wiping out a villainous organization in their hometown, with a focus on supernatural powers.)
Volume Two: Chenghe Toy Factory (This volume moves more slowly. It mainly follows ghost hunters solving cases committed by human controllers. The focus is on the cases rather than supernatural powers, though they’ll still appear less often, as required by the setting.)
If you like a fast pace, start with Volume One. If you prefer intricate mysteries, try Volume Two. (I recommend not overthinking Volume Two, since I’m not sure whether my writing actually counts as mind-bending.)
