This is a family-clan story, a transmigration story, and a tale of hidden scheming. It mainly follows a transmigrator wastrel of a brother and his genius younger sister.
"Xia Lan, step forward."
"Xia Tian, step forward."
At the beginning, the siblings Xia Tian and Xia Lan are ordinary mortals of the Changqing Immortal Clan. At an aptitude test, they discover their spiritual roots and become immortal apprentices.
"All five elements are present: a useless five-element spiritual root."
Xia Tian is found to have all five elemental roots, making him a born failure.
After his spiritual roots are discovered, he receives the generation name Jing and is renamed Xia Jingtian. He remains at the Changqing Xia Clan's mountain gates, on Changqing Mountain.
"Our clan has produced a golden phoenix, a genius with an ice spiritual root of a rare affinity."
Xia Lan is found to have an ice spiritual root, a talent second only to a heavenly spiritual root.
After her spiritual root is discovered, the Xia Clan leader decides to send her to Thunderfire Mountain to study under a Golden Core elder of the Golden Thunderfire Sect.
From then on, the siblings are separated. The younger sister cultivates immortality at the Thunderfire Sect, while the elder brother seeks the Dao on Changqing Mountain.
"The pain of parting: when will we be reunited?"
"I'm a transmigrator. How could I possibly be a failure?"
"Nine Heavens Wheel, appear!"
The story truly begins here.
I didn't expect it to be well written.
Study hard and make progress every day
