Against the backdrop of procuratorial authorities working to strengthen protections for minors and improve the justice system, the story follows prosecutors Lin Zhi Tao and Bai Enyu as they pilot and explore juvenile justice work at the newly established Juvenile Prosecution Office of Yunhai Municipal People’s Procuratorate. After handling several cases involving minors, they gradually learn to trust and understand each other, and share a commitment to building a sound system for protecting young people. Together, they work to implement and explore juvenile justice measures such as conditional non-prosecution, mandatory reporting, and one-stop interviews.
