The world is divided among three powers: the Great Yin Dynasty in the Central Plains, its imperial authority rotten to the core; the Northern Rong Empire in the north, with its wolf-like iron cavalry; and the Southern Chu Alliance in the south, where the feudal lords rule their own domains. Yan Zhao, the Prince of Zhennan, is a noble of a different surname who commands three hundred thousand Yanbei cavalry and whose achievements threaten the throne.
