When I See You Again, My Heart Still Skips a Beat

In Lin Yun Town, rosebushes in full bloom fill the courtyards of two neighboring families. The crybaby Li Wanwan and the glacier-cold Jiang Zhiyuan secretly share all their secrets among the flowers and shadows. A moving truck cuts off their connection, and six years of longing quietly ripen with time.

When they reunite in high school six years later, Jiang Zhiyuan has shed her childhood innocence and returned with an air both unfamiliar and familiar. From tentative testing of the waters to growing closer, footsteps chasing through the hallways and notes hidden beneath textbooks: the feelings they never voiced begin to bloom again over three years together. The wheels of fate turn once more, bridging the gulf of time and leading them to choose the same university, so they can continue the bond that time once interrupted. It turns out the best time to bloom is always this moment, when I see you again.
