Plenty of Fun Catching Demons in the Mountain Village

“Village Shenanigans: When a Black Donkey Hoof Meets a Smart Speaker”

A zombie deep in the mountains is throwing a rave and calling for a fight online. Ge Erdan, wearing a pair of hole-riddled shorts, leads a team of “good-for-nothing occult misfits”: Wang Lao’er, a black-donkey-hoof fanatic; Li Dagou, a rapper in the pig-slaughtering business; and Du Cuihua, a foul-mouthed shamaness. Together, they chase after a haughty Zhushu deer spirit that flirts with a wink. A tomb raider’s Luoyang shovel digs up a thousand-year-old deadpan joke, while a zombie general leads a graveyard-raving undead crew. In the end, do they really rely on a Tmall Genie smart speaker to guide the dead onward? This demon-hunting adventure features ten people, nine of them idiots, and is guaranteed to cure the blues. You’ll laugh until the mountain wind blows your shorts away again! (Friendly reminder: Bring knee pads. We’re not responsible if you laugh until you collapse.)
