Modern-day inventor Ms. Feng accidentally tinkers her way into creating a System. When Ms. Feng's grandmother was young, she was hopelessly lovestruck and let love cloud her judgment. As a result, her life was never very happy. Ms. Feng thinks it over and decides to send the System back to her grandmother's youth to help her get over her romantic obsession and live a happy, peaceful life. But as the System travels through time, it runs into an extremely violent temporal turbulence, veers off its original course, and gets swept into the deepest part of a time vortex. In the end, it appears just as her grandmother is born. The violent turbulence causes the System to malfunction so badly that it loses its ability to travel through time. With no other choice, the System decides to grow up alongside her grandmother and gradually influence her along the way, so it can carry out Ms. Feng's instructions.
