Li Honggang and Kong Xiaoxia are a rural couple who came out of the Loess Plateau and came to a strange city with the dream of changing their destiny. Starting out as porters and grocery stalls, they relied on hard work and integrity to gain a foothold in the highly competitive building materials market. Carrying cement in the cold winter and running to customers in the scorching heat, they use their sweat to build every ounce of hope.
