As globalization sweeps the world, international mercenary organizations spread through countries like bloodthirsty tumors, while Huaxia draws an absolute line with an iron fist. The law explicitly forbids any foreign armed forces from setting foot on its soil. National security forces and elite troops form an impregnable wall, declaring to the world their ironclad vow: “Whoever dares to harm Huaxia, no matter how far away, will be punished.” Yet dark forces coveting Huaxia's immense wealth have never given up. They collude with the notorious “Blood Wolf Mercenary Corps,” a killing machine that consistently tops the international mercenary rankings, hoping to carve out a share of the spoils through violence.
The Blood Wolf Mercenary Corps is known for its mercilessness. Its members are hardened veterans, skilled in assassination, kidnapping, arms smuggling, and other criminal activities. Hired by a Huaxia business rival, they set their sights on Yang Yang, the only son of a real estate tycoon in Donghai. Late one night, after a celebration at DTS KTV, Yang Yang and his friend Zhou Ming are ambushed and taken captive. When the news breaks, Huaxia's police strike swiftly and launch a rescue operation alongside the “Red Cell” special forces. This elite unit, which has defended national security many times before, ventures deep into the enemy's lair with outstanding tactics and fearless courage.
During the fierce battle, Lin Ye, a special forces soldier the same age as Yang Yang, uses his body to shield the hostages from a fatal bullet. With his dying breath, he gives Yang Yang his wolf-tooth necklace, a symbol of his mission. The brutal rescue not only crushes the Blood Wolf Mercenary Corps' arrogance, but also ignites Yang Yang's fury. He resolutely leaves his extravagant life behind and joins the Red Cell special forces, vowing to wipe out the Blood Wolf Mercenary Corps once and for all, uphold the oath “Whoever dares to harm Huaxia, no matter how far away, will be punished,” and defend Huaxia
