Siheyuan: From Machine Repairman to Factory Director

Li Feng, a university graduate who majored in mechanical engineering at a top university, transmigrates to 1957 and becomes an ordinary fitter at the Hongxing Steel Rolling Mill. He lives in the famous courtyard at No. 95 Nanluoguxiang. Putting his professional knowledge to use, Li Feng switches from fitter to machine repairman. Most days, he drinks tea and reads the newspaper, occasionally fixing a broken machine. In his spare time, he goes fishing and tends his flowers. Then he finds himself a pretty, virtuous young wife and settles down to a comfortable, leisurely life. PS: He has a portable space, but no System. A lighthearted slice-of-life story.
