[Beast world + interstellar + everyone’s favorite + male rivalry + love-triangle drama + heroine who grows stronger]
When Ting Luobai was lifted out of the cryogenic pod, she knew for certain that she was no longer on Blue Star.
In the interstellar age, humans had become a rare species. Forced to fit in, she had to play dumb, even when one beastman after another gazed at her with hearts in their eyes and tried to put their ears and tails in her hands.
She was even forced to cuddle and nuzzle them after being kidnapped.
The simple-minded husky beastman said, “You smiled at me, so you must like me. Come here and cuddle!”
The scheming golden retriever beastman said, “Stay here. No beastman will ever find you. I want to be the only one in your eyes.”
Even the calmest border collie rolled up his sleeves and got ready to fight over her!
At last, she found a white wolf who seemed somewhat normal, only to learn that he was going to be her future keeper, and, apparently, a lunatic known to every beastman!
The grinning white wolf leaned down toward her, ready to challenge even an idiot because his competitive streak had kicked in.
“Shorty, don’t worry. With me, you’re guaranteed to have a miserable time.”
Everyone thought that Ting Luobai, lucky enough to wake from cryosleep, should obediently let the beastmen keep her and become the prettiest parasitic flower.
But when the beastmen at the hatchery saw her again, she was a human soldier in a video, looking heroic on the battlefield against the Zerg, shouldering a cannon and blasting one bug after another.
The white wolf strolled over from a distance with his hands in his pockets and said, “Aim more carefully, my dear sniper. You nearly blew my head off.”
It hurts, it looks good, it kills a pretty boy
The characters are well drawn
