After Marrying into a Female Insect’s Family, I Settled into Living Off My Spouse

(The author is a beginner, so please be kind.)

The good news: Li Luo’s homemade food (which he was still trying to cook) didn’t kill him. The bad news: he seemed to have transmigrated, and into an insectoid world at that.

The good news: he had a System. The bad news: there was no starter gift pack, and the System seemed to be an idiotic one with nothing but a status panel and a trading shop.

The good news: the original owner seemed to have been a male insect, and in a society where males outranked females, no less. The bad news: he had become a little hatchling. Looking at his chubby little hands, Li Luo suddenly felt he had no desire to live much longer.

As Li Luo grew up, his relationship with his older male sibling became complicated. He decided to find himself a new caretaker (sugar daddy? / female spouse, yes). As luck would have it, he ran into an insect who was exactly his type. In a moment of impulse, he grabbed the other’s hand. “I like you. Can I add you on WeChat?” The other smiled. “Sure.”

Xi Feng was someone any male insect who heard about him would run from. They said he was a vicious fiend, and adult male insects often used him to scare little male insects: “If you don’t behave, we’ll make you marry him when you grow up.” Then one day, a male insect suddenly hit on him. After hearing his name, the insect asked for his contact information. Xi Feng couldn’t help smiling. “Sure.”

(A large part of the beginning is about him just hatching, then joining this family and settling in.)
