Pokemon: I Open Otherworld Blind Boxes in the World of Spirits

The story starts in Alola, then moves on to other regions.

After transmigrating to the Pokemon world, Nanke had hoped to quietly live as a Trainer.

Instead, he was bound to an absurd System: “Interdimensional Pocket Random Blind Box. One draw a day. No guaranteed prize, no refunds.”

[Ding! Blind box opened. Item obtained: Sexy Lace Panties ×1]

The next second, Lillie happened to show up...

Professor Kukui's gaze also fell on the bundle of black fabric in his hand...

Nanke: “...”

System: “Would you like to put them on?”

Nanke: “Get lost.”

And so, he went from one mortifying moment to the next, drawing prizes along the way.

Sometimes he got things so embarrassing he wanted the ground to swallow him up.

Other times, he got cheats powerful enough to turn the tide of battle:

[Battle Through the Heavens] Green Lotus Core Flame, letting Fire-type Pokemon breathe out strange flames;

[Genshin Impact] Holy Lyre der Himmel, soothing an injured Serena;

[Demon Slayer] Nichirin Blade, boosting the slashing ability of Pokemon that carry weapons;

[Fate] Heroic Spirit Heart, granting Eevee the bearing of a king;

[The Three-Body Problem] Miniature Dimensional Strike Simulator, scaring off enemy Legendary Pokemon...

When Professor Kukui solemnly handed him a Stakataka, Nanke understood:

This world was far bigger, and far more chaotic, than he had imagined.

The Pokemon League was in turmoil, and Ultra Wormholes were changing with alarming frequency.

The girls around him were also being swept into the current of fate:

Lillie, Hikari, Serena, May, Misty...

Don't ask him how he made it this far. He sighed and tossed the panties into his backpack. “Good looks? No, it's all about the draws! Can a ten-pull really defy fate!?”
