Live-Streaming My Counterattack in Rules Horror Stories

The rules-based horror game arrives, and the whole world is thrust into a livestream of death.

Then I see my “dead” sister from three years ago on the screen.

She mouths to me, “Big brother, don’t trust the rules. Trust me.”

The next second, viewers have tipped over a hundred million in my livestream.

They want me to kill my teammates.

Here, fear is currency, and popularity keeps you alive.

Viewers’ emotional-value tips can be exchanged for clues, weapons, and even the power to make someone else die in an “accident.”

I’m forced to form a team: a medical student who can memorize every rule but faints at the sight of blood; a veteran who would dismantle a bomb to save his daughter; and a top-tier star who’d sell out anyone for more traffic.

We’re up against more than twisted rules. Behind the cameras are billions of spectators betting on whether we live or die.

And I gradually discover that the greatest horror is the people who created this livestream. They don’t want a slaughter. They want to select…

In this livestream where humans are the exhibits, I’ll use their rules to turn the tables and kill my way out.

After all, they picked me, a former criminal profiler who knows better than anyone how to decode people’s hearts and lies.
