Tracing Back to Wuchen

Among the old belongings at Qingxiao Peak, he finds her handwriting from years ago; In an illusion in the demon realm, she glimpses the truth: her memories have been altered. The Demon Venerable wants her to kill him and eliminate any future threat; The Heavenly Venerable wants him to undergo tribulation and sever their love; As the cracks in their memories widen and the pain they share sinks into their bones, her dagger rests against his heart, yet she cannot bring herself to strike; His heavenly tribulation is near, yet he is willing to face endless calamity for her. With the immortal-demon war about to begin, Will they follow fate or defy heaven and change it? Will they trust their memories or their instincts? “If this is a tribulation, then I willingly accept endless calamity.” “If this is fate, then I will defy heaven and go my own way.”
