Books with Lyrical Prose and a Rich Foundation in Poetry
Beautiful writing that captivates you at a glance is fine, as is something you can savor slowly and chew through piece by piece. I just haven’t found anything like that yet.
Looking for Medical Books, Purely Medical Stories Like The Full-Time National Doctor
I can’t stand stories where characters have to put others down to show off how capable they are. There are always idiots looking down on the protagonist for no reason, like people who think being born into a medical family gives them the right to look down on everyone else. A doctor’s job is to save lives. Who has time for this pointless nonsense?
Thoughts on the Novels on This Bookshelf, or a Self-Review of the Recommended Books
(Emphasis: Please recommend books with sensible logic, or criticize books that don't make sense.) (Emphasis again: Don't post idiotic novels like "The Dragon King Returns", "The Wealthy CEO's Wife", or "The Heiress's Live-in Son-in-Law".)
I Enjoy Reading Original Fiction
Looking for books like You, Always Improving. A lot of the romance novels young people like nowadays are really just about everyday feelings and relationships, without much to say about finding your own value.
