Dazai's Childhood Friend Is Still Saving People Today

A gentle, naturally charming divine child x the leader Dazai

I offer my flesh and blood.

Divine Child, please die for our sake.

Behind the gauzy curtains on the high altar, Asakura Aiba heard his own reply.

“…At your request, I grant your wish.”

On a snowy night, he fell from the lofty altar. The wind circled him with a mournful cry, trying to catch the man plunging into the abyss.

Those who seek death shall pass away as equals. As you wish, those without value have no right to live.

When he opened his eyes again, the Divine Child had become the youngest son of the Asakura family, Asakura Aiba.

The Divine Child was baffled and deeply shocked, then calmly accepted the possibility that he might not have drunk Meng Po's soup.

He still grew up to meet everyone's expectations. It was as if a veil separated him from the world, until on his sixth birthday he saw a pair of amber eyes.

How beautiful, like a flower whose roots had rotted away.

And so the story begins.
