The Apocalypse of Cangming

[Superpowers] [Not a wish-fulfillment story] [Slow-paced early on] [Ensemble cast] The clash between living beings and thought, the collision of benevolent and evil gods, the purpose of the Fallen Stars and the future of the Federation. When the gods' bodies are corrupted by evil thoughts, a young man from another world is summoned to stop the crimes once committed by the old gods. The factions of the Scroll of Good and the Scroll of Evil collide, as the authority of flame is poured into the benevolent god's final cycle of rebirth. An inexplicable calamity is a shackle no one can escape, while fallen stars are a sorrowful elegy for noble souls. The Eight Governors carry out the will of all living beings, and the flame of life brings the chapter of good and evil to an end. An innocent boy is guided down the path of a savior. A young man willingly takes on a mission that was never his to bear. When the heterochromatic eyes that represent space and time shift from a gentle gaze to a conflicted one, will the authority of flame grow as he expects? (Once I've made a mess of it, I'll rewrite it...)
