The Vajra Zen Staff and My Monster Gym

[When a fitness ring smashes through a thousand-year-old fox’s demon core, and push-ups shake the earth...] The broken bell in the ruined temple was still swaying, while Chen Kong’s barbell had already bent the bluestone slabs beneath it. What kind of monk was he? He was clearly a madman who recited the Diamond Sutra as if it were a fitness manual! A red fox spirit sneaked in at night to steal the offerings. He pinned it to the donation box and made it do squats. “Three hundred years of cultivation? Just enough to bulk up my biceps.” A bull demon smashed through the mountain wall to seize a human pill. Chen Kong charged at it with his Buddhist staff, his muscles flexing with a sound like ringing bells. “Demons are muscle-bound creatures too. Finish this set with me before you eat!” No one knew that this careless monk had the long-lost Buddhist “Diamond Body Technique” tattooed on his chest. Every demon he beat made his muscles three times harder; every drop of blood he shed unleashed the Buddha’s wrath, toppling half a mountain. Then sword-flying cultivators from the cultivation world stormed the ruined temple, their sword light shattering his dumbbell rack. Chen Kong wiped away his sweat and picked up the Diamond Buddhist staff from the ground. “Cultivators?” He loosened his monk’s robe, revealing a back knotted with muscles as hard as iron. “I’ll use this body to teach you all how things should be done.” The secret of the thousand-year-old Buddhist forbidden grounds, the blood debt from his past life’s betrayal, and an ever-growing pile of weights in the demon gym... Sooner or later, the weights in this ruined temple would smash through the very heavens of the cultivation world!
