"In the Crack between the Podium and the World" tells the story of Lin Luo, a graduate majoring in music and dance, who breaks through the gap between ideal and reality. When she failed in the public recruitment of teachers seven times and finally entered the city's key primary school branch as an external teacher, she discovered that the three-foot podium was far from the stable destination of the "iron rice bowl" in the eyes of the world. Faced with the elimination system for new teachers at the beginning and parents' disdain for the "sub-subject of music, sports and art", she had to hide the pointe shoes of "Swan Lake" and disassemble the lyrics of "Walking in the Snow to Seek Plum Blossoms" into a standardized teaching template.
When the "teacher withdrawal mechanism" policy was officially implemented, Lin Luo found that her dance background had become a weapon for survival. She transformed the steel podium in the music classroom into a temporary stage and used the dance steps of "The Nutcracker" to solve students' intonation problems.
