Total War + low-magic world + original setting + fantasy
“Welcome to the Medieval II: Total War System.”
Roy Ashford, a history buff and veteran war-game player, was playing Medieval II: Total War late one night when he unexpectedly transmigrated to another world ruled by swords and other cold weapons.
Problem one: he had only five peasants, a horse on the verge of starvation, and a ramshackle village without even a moat.
Problem two: he was on the edge of the southern wilderness, surrounded by gnolls, werewolves, elves, dwarves... and foreign armies ready to raid at any moment.
Problem three: his System was Medieval II: Total War, but he had only 1,000 gold in starting resources, not enough to buy even a decent spearman!
What was he supposed to do?
What else? “Mount up, prepare to charge!”
It's very funny, as if there's a sense of chaotic joking 😏
There's a sense of humor that I'm alive but a little bit dead about.
Why do I feel a bit like AI? 😏
Very interesting and worth seeing
Interesting novel
A very interesting novel, I like some of the medieval jokes written by the author. . . . And what does sour grass root taste like?
It's really well written. It's a pity that I changed my vocabulary and voted for tomatoes.
Full marks, must be full marks

Great medieval joke that makes the Lord Knight's sword spin
