It's well written, but I hope you don't ignore the word "family". It feels like the boss and the third are all going to work, and the rest are useless, but it does deserve five stars. I am just nitpicking, and I hope that the family will also have some female members and recruit children. If possible, I hope their parents can live longer.
It's not bad, better than 90% of Tomato's family essays.
