At some point, distortions began invading the world. Anomalies appeared one after another, gradually stirring up trouble in what had once been a peaceful world.
To deal with all kinds of anomalies, countries around the world established special agencies. In Huaguo, the 749 Bureau was founded to deal with and contain anomalous creatures and objects.
Then, one day, a new anomaly appeared on the 749 Bureau's radar. He called himself Tian Heng, a wish-granter who specialized in helping anomalous creatures fulfill their deepest desires.
Some of the anomalies whose wishes Tian Heng fulfilled returned to normal and lost their anomalous traits. Others remained unchanged. Either way, Tian Heng gained their abilities.
The 749 Bureau designated Tian Heng as 300, the Wish Granter. After he escaped containment, they devoted themselves to capturing him again, but every attempt failed.
Then, one day, Tian Heng suddenly broke into the 749 Bureau's Third Branch to grant the wish of contained anomaly 266, the succubus. The 749 Bureau sent out its strongest forces, vowing to contain Tian Heng this time...
