Three hundred years ago, the Immortal Realm shattered, and the Nine Heavens Continent was reduced to ruins. The youth Ye Chen awakened a hidden Chaos Meridian, inherited the Profound Heaven Scripture, and embarked on a cultivation path that defied the heavens. After joining the Tianyuan Sect, he met Su Qingxue, bearer of the Ice Phoenix Sacred Physique, only to become entangled in the Netherworld Hall’s scheme to hunt down people with rare physiques.
The inheritance of the Sword Tomb revealed the mystery of his origins: Ye Chen was a descendant of the sect’s founding patriarch, and the golden markings on his right hand were the seal of the Immortal Realm’s supreme treasure, the Profound Heaven Lock. To thwart the Netherworld Hall Master’s plan for reincarnation, he must gather the scattered fragments of the lock and reforge the Immortal Realm.
From sect tournaments to ancient battlefields, from alchemy conferences to secret realms of heavenly secrets, Ye Chen uses Chaos to derive myriad arts and shatters countless tribulations with a single sword. When the domain of ice and fire envelops the Nine Heavens, and the Primordial Divine Eye sees through time and space, he will confront the truth behind the catastrophe from three hundred years ago...
